Who Are We?
ED'Z Contracting is a family-owned and operated business that was started by Blair Williams who has over 20 years of experience in the building industry. Blair worked his way up from a hammer hand to being a project manager. In 2016 Blair decided to get back to what he loves doing the most, which is being on the tools building. Blair is joined by, Wife Jenn in the office and help from their two children.
Flooring
We laid a quality floor for a client in Leamington.

Fencing
We made this for a Client that needed a new garden fence.
We had a Client come to us for help on a small retaining wall for their garden.
A Client wanted their wall pushed into the 21st century with an upgrade to their legacy brick wall. We installed a brand new fence to give the home entrance a more modern feel, ultimately fitting better with the modern style home.
Deck
We just completed a brand new space for one of our Clients, we made an outdoor deck and living space to make better use of the front of the home. The deck outlooks the countryside, built exactly to the brief.
A Client really wanted to maximize the use of their house location, they came to us with a plan to build a deck overlooking the New Zealand country side. We delivered exactly what the Client needed.
Bathroom
A Client came to us needing a new bathroom. We took the existing space and completely remodeled it to suite the Clients needs. During the process we had to strip it down to bare bones and built it from the ground up, including adding certain appliances like a washing machine into the space.
A Client needed a new shower rig inside their bathroom. We completely took out the old shower and built the new one from scratch, delivering exactly what the client wanted.
Renovation
A Client came to us wanting a completely separate living space from the main house. This required a lot of planning and discussion with the Client to make sure we understood exactly what they needed from this space. We were able to deliver an expertly made detached living space, suitable for out of town guests or an AirBNB style home.
A Client needed better access to their loft. We provided an in-built ladder to enable easier & safer access to the House's roof.
A Client wanted an outdoor area that wasn't visible from outside the house. We built them a privacy wall to help with this.
A Client's stair access to their home was in desperate need of renovation. We were able to quickly rip out the old, flakey timber and install a brand new one, exactly how the client needed it.
A Client was looking to redo their bathroom to have it more suited to what they need. They contacted us about a new floor. We delivered exactly what the Client needed in their new space.
A Client needed a more modern solution for storage in their walk in wardrobe. We delivered an elegant solution that met the clients needs exactly.
